The Company was established on August 26, 2011 with the sole aim of conducting reinsurance operations as per new regulations of the Argentine Insurance Regulator for reinsurance economic activities by means of Resolution 35615 and complimentary, granting to Aseguradores Argentinos Compañía de Reaseguros SA the authorization to operate by means of resolution 36057.

As from such authorization, the Company has offered reinsurance capacity for several products: fire risk, motor vehicle, public transportation, workers’ compensation, agriculture and timberland liability, third-party liability, burglary, surety, marine and aviation, shipping and cargo transportation, casualty, life, all risks, and in the rest of product lines, both with facultative and automatic coverage.
